About Us

Our department combines advocacy skill with legal knowledge and paralegal expertise.

Our experience extends into the fields of casinos, betting, bingo, amusement arcades, gaming permits and advising companies in regard to gambling law. We advise major leisure companies involved in the industry and the family entertainment sector on gaming and also run widely regarded training courses to the operators and enforcement authorities.

We regularly apply for operating, personal and premises licences. Major clients include Gala, Bourne Leisure, Namco and Parkdean Holidays. We act for a number of independent betting and arcade operators.

We also draft Codes of Practice and policies and procedures for clients and conduct training on these Codes of Practice and policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Gambling Act 2005
