David Elphick - Training Manager and BII Course Trainer

David has a wide range of knowledge and skills with over 20 years experience in the leisure industry as a General Manager and Licensee.

He has previously worked for leisure companies in a consultancy and training position, assisting in licence applications as an expert witness.

David is responsible for the further development of PACT towards its objective of becoming the consultancy and training company of choice to the leisure Industry and local authorities.
