Poppleston Allen's Licensed Trade Guide is well known to many in the licensed trade and the latest edition is now available.
With the Licensing Act 2003 heralding an altogether more regulatory regime we also thought it prudent to release a specific Regulatory Trade Guide to assist operators in understanding the variety of legislation which they are subject to and the practical measures which can be undertaken in order to comply and avoid prosecution.
